Billing questions
- Does my membership renew automatically?
- No. Each purchase gives a fixed access period (currently 30 days). We never charge you again unless you choose to buy another period.
- When does my access start?
- As soon as your payment is confirmed with our payment provider. Not when the payment page closes, and never from a screenshot. If confirmation is delayed, your dashboard shows the payment as pending.
- What if I renew early, upgrade, or switch to a lower plan?
- Renewing the same plan adds the new period after your current one ends. Upgrading to VIP starts VIP immediately. Buying Premium while VIP is active starts Premium when your VIP period ends, so you never lose paid days.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, from your dashboard. Because periods don't auto-renew, cancelling simply means you keep access until the end of the time you've paid for, and we stop renewal reminders.
- Refunds?
- Refund requests are reviewed case by case (see the terms). If a refund is issued, the access bought with that payment ends.
