Terms of Service

Draft. This text is a starting point and must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer against applicable Nigerian law and payment-provider terms before launch.

1. The service

GoalPredicts publishes football statistics and statistical predictions. Predictions are estimates of uncertain events. They are not financial advice and do not guarantee any outcome, win or profit.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use prediction services where you live.

3. Memberships and payment

Paid memberships give access for a fixed period (currently 30 days) from the moment your payment is verified. Access starts only after we confirm the payment with our payment provider. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay.

4. Cancellation

Fixed-period memberships do not renew automatically. Cancelling stops any future renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If a refund is issued, paid access linked to that payment ends when the refund is processed.

6. Acceptable use

Do not share, resell or scrape members-only content, and do not attempt to bypass access controls.
