Refund and Cancellation Policy

Memberships don't renew automatically

Each payment buys a fixed access period (currently 30 days). We never charge you again unless you choose to buy another period, so there is no subscription to stop.

Cancelling

You can cancel from your dashboard at any time. Cancelling stops renewal reminders; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. You can undo a cancellation before the period ends.

Refunds

• Predictions are estimates. A prediction that loses is not grounds for a refund.
• If you were charged but your membership wasn't activated, or you were charged twice, contact us with the payment reference and we will activate your access or refund the duplicate.
• Other requests are reviewed case by case, taking into account how much of the period has been used.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider, Paystack.

What a refund means for your access

When a payment is fully refunded, the membership period it paid for ends. If you have another period paid separately (for example a renewal), that period is not affected.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account ends any remaining access. It doesn't trigger an automatic refund; contact us first if you believe you're owed one.
